Paid extra for 2day express. Somehow it was shipped out usps standard. Was refunded for 2 day express, but, the item did not get there in time for easter. Because it was spring break, my granddaughter did not receive this item until Monday, April 25. I have used Great Arrivals before and never had this problem. I am upset that this happened and my granddaughter did not receive this on time.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

This was not my first order and most likely will not be my last. I like being able to personalize my gifts to a special person. I was very dissappointed in the product I recieved for the price. This was a basket for my employer and it was much smaller and had cheap dollar store items in the basket. It was not represented on the website like that. I was very upset by it.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I did not receive what I ordered. It was missing items and did not look like what they advertised. I requested my money back and I am waiting to hear back from them. I do not believe that I will ever order from them again. I am not happy. I would not recommend this web site or company as they do not represent what you order and will ship what they like.
