Everything with this purchase has been a living nightmare. I hope you will read all reviews before purchasing anything from this company. First of all, I ordered a dining room set with white glove service. They sent it about a month later with four of the chairs broken. It took another month to get the chairs of which two were broken. Now I am stuck with a dining room set with 5 chairs, and they say they do not have any more chairs. I was told they kept discontinued parts up to five years, however, the manager called me a liar. Fred Rose, store manager, was the most disrespectful, uncompassionate, and hateful manager I have ever spoke with. Please do not order from them for your own sake.Not to mention, I was told the table had a solid marble top by Kathy Irealand. Well, I have it and it is not real marble according to a marble speacialist. They will not refund and they will give you the run around. Those who have had pleasant experiences, you are just lucky...be thankful you are not one of the rest of us.If you want your furniture on time, in one piece, and good quality customer service, I suggest going else where quick.
