Grand Wine Cellar

I ordered two different wines, neither of which did they actually have in stock. I had to call them a week after the order was placed to get this information and was lied to stating they were "just about to call me" and had sent me an email. Neither statement was true (no email received or in spam filters). Was offered different wines that were then substituted again without my permission and one was totally dropped from the order. The only thing they got right was the Vodka.

Quick and easy on line ordering; they sent me an email notification when gift was delivered. I believe I was charged twice for gift wrapping but for the promptness of the order and delivery, I choose not to complain.

I am very happy with Grand Wine Cellar because they are pretty fair on their prices and carry a real big variety of different wines that I was unable to find in some of my local fine liquor stores.

Very professional. Since my purchase reguired an over 21 signature, I had it sent differently from my billing adress, which threw up red flags. They called me and understood why I had to have it sent to a different address. My order was delivered on time. It was just as they said it would be on line.

My husband ordered a bottle of Krug(Grand Cuvee) for our anniversary.It arrived on time but was a real disappointment.It was flat and had a bad taste.We drink champagne alot and usually stay with Moet and Chandon for occasions but on our 37th anniversary Jim wanted to buy me something special and we also got a coupon for a free bottle with our next order which I used for a bottle of Moet and chandon(Imperial).The wine arrivered today with no free bottle.I have e mailed Grand Wine Cellar and will see if they reply.Please pass this on to them if you can.Thanks,Mrs. Carrol Kinney

As I recall, possibly misremembering somewhat, the system refused to accept my credit card, though I tried two different ones. Finally I just gave up. As I recall, I sent a message to their customer service and got no reply.
