The order was placed on November 6,2006. As of today, Nov.27, it had not been shipped. I called the merchant and they promised to send it out today.The person at Grand Wine Cellar claimed that they wanted to confirm the purchase order and that they had tried to reach me TEN TIMES. We never received any messages on our 24 hour voice mail. Clearly unacceptable behaviour!!!

Merchant was helpful,polite...problem was with UPS who recorded delivery but upon questioning driver it was learned he delivered to incorrect address(even though he recorded delivery to requested address) and problem was eventually rectified by UPS driver.

They made a minor substitution that was acceptable to me, but I found it stange that there was no note or comment as to the substitution.
