Very professional. Since my purchase reguired an over 21 signature, I had it sent differently from my billing adress, which threw up red flags. They called me and understood why I had to have it sent to a different address. My order was delivered on time. It was just as they said it would be on line.

My husband ordered a bottle of Krug(Grand Cuvee) for our anniversary.It arrived on time but was a real disappointment.It was flat and had a bad taste.We drink champagne alot and usually stay with Moet and Chandon for occasions but on our 37th anniversary Jim wanted to buy me something special and we also got a coupon for a free bottle with our next order which I used for a bottle of Moet and chandon(Imperial).The wine arrivered today with no free bottle.I have e mailed Grand Wine Cellar and will see if they reply.Please pass this on to them if you can.Thanks,Mrs. Carrol Kinney

As I recall, possibly misremembering somewhat, the system refused to accept my credit card, though I tried two different ones. Finally I just gave up. As I recall, I sent a message to their customer service and got no reply.

the Luna di Luna Merlot was not in stock, I was contacted first by e-mail saying they were waiting for an overdue delivery. The next week I was contacted by phone sayting the overdue order did not arrive and asked if I would like a substitution. I thought the service was very good and they went above when it came to contacting me about my order. I would recommend this site to others.

I phoned the merchant to confirm that they were offering the Stones Original GREEN ginger wine and was assured that they were in deed offering this wine. Their web site offered Stones Original ginger wine however, described the GREEN ginger wine. The clerk spoken with assured me that I would receive the GREEN ginger wine and not the ginger wine. Two different wines. I did not receive what had been promised (GREEN ginger wine) but, received the ginger wine. I know this sounds confusing however, they are diffrent wines.
