Purchased a Yamaha Rx-V2500 Receiver. Received the unit on time, however I was charged a different shipping charge than what was quoted. Call Back & e-mailed Donna who made good the quote by crediting my credit card. I was concerned that the unit was not double boxed(arrived in the mfg box only.) This should be rectified. Overall, they were the best price & delivery on time.

I got my package on the arrival date they gave me and it was in great condition.had no problems and I have the cd player hooked up in my car now and it works great.I would order through them again.they also would follow up with me throughout my ordering,waiting for my order and after receiving my order.couldn't of asked for anything more.

Mixed feelings with this company... It took 6 days to ship my PDA, but that's because it had to go to a APO address via USPS. They only make trips to ship via USPS once a week. Customer service usually answered my e-mails within 24 hours, but I never received a valid tracking number. Don't buy accessories from them. My $30 leather case turned out to be pretty poor quality - as if they made it on the spot out of some odd parts lying around the shop. Restocking fees and shipping costs cut into the refund so much it's not worth sending it back.

Would I shop here again? Probably not given the rip off on the case and expensive shipping costs ($20)

Placed a order for an item for which Gopcplus was 25% below the price of most over vendors. It was too good to be true. Got a voice mail a few hours later stating the item was not in stock. I called back and they did not offer to back order the item, but rather offered another item of much less value. I canceled the order. Based on some of the other reviews of this vendor, this seems to be a recurring event. Sounds like bait and switch.

The order was placed online, for the item that was not available. The phone call from the merchant informed of the item's unavailability. This should have been noted during order placement as it delayed the purchase from another vendor and resulted in higher price.

The Sony RDR-HX900 DVD Recorder was in stock just like they said it was. They gave me a order confirmation the next day after I ordered it. I took the regular shipping option and it was tracked through UPS. Everything went smooth and it was delivered on time. Great product, Great merchant!

I just wanted to state that their customer service sucks bonghole. They are crass, bordering on rude. I guess I should have read their little disclaimer about a restocking fee, which is the only thing keeping me from returning this product I overpaid for. You can certainly find MUCH better service, MUCH better prices, and a generally better attitude toward customers. All in all I will most certainly NEVER deal with these losers again. And I urge all concerned to STAY AWAY!!! I wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

It was quick and easy, but since I have to return the product I am not happy that I have to pay the shipping as well as a restocking fee. That means of the money I spent I will loose a quarter of it that I could have used to buy a product at a store and return it for nothing and receive all of my money back.

I was told initially that the system was in stock, which is why I went with this supplier and was willing to pay a little bit more. That was 3 weeks ago and now I'm told the item is backordered and will not be available befor the end of January. This is unacceptable for an online company to do this!!

They have great prices, I ordered 2 items the 1 took a week and half to recieve, and did not recieve the other item. When I enquired as to why I did not recieve the item they told me that it was discontinued. I never did recieve an answer to why I was not notified about the item. Plus they charged me S H on both items even though I never recieved the 2nd item. The item that I did get was at a great price, if their customer service was open longer hours and they would atleast e-mail customers about problems with their orders this would be a great company. Overall they are not too bad, I believe that I would use them again.

The order was processed and shipped with NO difficulties. Delivered in 3 days (UPS 3-day) during week of Christmas without a hitch. I followed the trail on the provided link to find package at all locations on its way to my house. Truly fantastic!

Their website showed that they had the item in stock AND IT WAS! I got my purchased when they promised. The customer service rep was courteous and responsive. They tracked the delivery and sent me a message that showed the time and date my package was delivered (in case I didn't receive it). I would definitely order for this site again.
