I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail until Monday, which was the next business day. I placed my order on a Saturday. I immediately assumed that this was the case when nothing was in my In-Box from Gopcplus. Most vendors have an automated response to on-line purchaces. This isn't a problem though. Just something that that Gopcplus might want to enhance on their website in the future. Just a sugestion.

I tried to purchase a couple of products that the computer told me it was in stock in fact ot wasn't in stock and they weren't going to get anymore in the future. But they're not the only ones that don't update what they have in stock or don't have in stock.

I am a full time college student and was looking for Microsoft professional academic version for school and I loved there price it was saving me over 60.00 compared to what my college was selling it for I must admit I was nervous about purchasing from them since I had never heard of them before but I contacted Microsoft directly and found out they were a reseller for them so I figured for the price I would give them a try I was so glad that I did I ordered my software on a Tuesday and had it in my hands on Thursday 2 days later, that was wonderful and the software was everything they promised I would give them 5 stars, they are a wonderful company to do business with and I would highly recommend them and will to any fellow college students.

This was a purchase of MS Office 2003 Education version for our exchange student that was to arrive the following week. They were ableo to accept her school report card as proof after I scanned it in and emailed it to them. This delayed the shipment by a day or so but it was still acceptable.

Used Google to search for product. Gopcplus had the best price/shipping for the product I wanted. Ordering was easy. Ordered on Friday; tracking said it would be deliverd on Tuesday. Received it on Wednesday AM, which was fine. No problems. Have recommended them to a friend for the same product.

I made a mistake on the initial order (looking at two similar items, but apparently I ordered the wrong one). That problem was taken care of quickly with a phone call the day after the initial order, and I got the correct item from UPS. The only problem I had was I got the UPS tracking number by e-mail the day the item arrived. I WAS getting a little nervous, but I would not hesitate to buy from Gopcplus again. I am enjoying the USB tablet and would definitely purchase from this company again. Just tighten up on the tracking information. Thanks.

This order was pretty routine. I ordered online, was given a tracking number which properly allowed me to track the shipment, and received the shipment actually quicker than I expected. I had no reason to contact Gopcplus so I can't say what customer service would be like. The initial order went without a hitch.

They didn't have the Pioneer head unit that i wanted in stock, but they emailed and called me to see if i wanted to wait 2 weeks till that unit came or if i wanted a head unit close to what i ordered. I end up getting a different model, but i received it 6 days latter. Had a good experience with them on my very first order..

They advertise Items that are no longer in stock and I was told by customer service they sent me an E-Mail and I did not recieve it. I am still waiting for the next E-mail she told me she would send. Plus some of my items were backordered for god knows how long. Which means, I have not recieved one bit of my order that I spent over $400.00 on. What gives and please do not Patronize me.
