I ordered a Delonghi toaster from Goodman's, which failed within a week. Sent it back to Delonghi for replacement, and waited, and waited.... Complained to Delonghi, w/cc: to Goodman's. No response from Delonghi but Goodman's contacted me and offered replacement until I got new toaster from Delonghi. Took them up on their offer and when Delonghi finally [many, many months later] sent me replacement , I shipped it off to Goodman's. Goodman's didn't have to do this and I think that's good customer service.
