The merchant is good. I received my "Pest Repeller Ultimate AT 5 in 1" in good shape. Everything is working but the effectiveness of this pest repeller is very disappointing. The rats don't even bother the repellers. They are still freely dancing around the repellers. I strongly suggest not to buy this kind of pest repeller. It's just a waste of money. I wanted to return them but I already threw away the packages since the first day I received the merchandise.

One item in my order was not in stock, but it was not listed as such on the website. This caused a very minor delay in shipping and they were not able to ship 'same day,' as their site promised. I was informed about the delay via email very quickly. The order was only slightly delayed and, even with the back ordered item, I received my merchandise faster than many other merchants I've dealt with who had my ordered items in stock. I will definitely shop with GoodDeals.com again.
