I ordered a driver with the expectation of a good transaction. The name Goldsmith has always been one I have respected. The price was not the lowest but I felt comfortable with the company. First, they sent an incorrect tracking number. When the correct tracking number was sent, it stated the product had been returned to Md and resent but to the wrong state. They sent the product to wrong state and,of course, person. The Email rude person was rude and patronizing leading me to believe that English was his second language. The phone customer service was phone rude. Unbelievable hassle to get money back and I still have not gotten all of it. They won't refund shipping charges for a product shipped to the wrong state. However, I did receive the refund on the golf club. It was delivered to someone and signed for in Mi. and I live in Va. The toll free number they sent was wrong. I have turned them to my credit card people who seem to be taking over my hassle. It's a matter of pennies to me but this process is crazy. How do they stay in online business? These discrepancies have to be showing up in their book keeping. There should be red flags all over the place.
