Terrible customer service. Look else where

I am an international customer and recently ordered a iron set from GS. Once I ordered I received an email advising me of the order and order number. The email gave a shipping date and advised that they would send another email once the clubs shipped. Ten days went by and no email came re the shipment. I emailed the customer service and received no reply. I then called to be told that the clubs were not in the warehouse and had to be pulled from one of the retail stores. The Caddy also gave me a contact for a person who deals with the international orders. I sent a follow up email asking if they could let me know when I could expect delivery. The guy replied by stating that the clubs were no longer available and my order had been canceled. Please note that the clubs are still being offered for purchase on their website as I write this review.
It is clear that the staff care little about whether you go onto order again or not. They did not try to rectify the situation at all. I would have at least expected that they would have offered a discount on my next order or some indication as to if the clubs would be in stock in the near future.
I have since ordered from Edwin Watts for a slightly higher price.
