Could not believe the total run around I have received on nickent rescue clubs..

I do not totally blame Golfsmith for this issue. I ordered 2 Nickent rescue clubs that were supposed to be delivered on 1 March it is now 4 April I have still no word about the ship date. It has been excuse after excuse from the person I e-mailed at Golfsmith he has courteously blamed it on nickent. The last excuse was they ran out of extra stiff shafts at Nickent, yeah I know kinda hard to believe Huh. I have asked to upgrade the shafts I would be happy to pay the extra charge and I have asked to ship just the components and I would shaft them myself and the answer was no for both requests. If I did not want those clubs so bad I would have cancelled them both. I know you are asking why did I not just go to the store and buy them, well I am in the Navy stationed overseas with no opportunity other than ordering on the internet. Yeah I have a hard time believing Nickent is the #1 rescue club maker when I have received service like this. Golfsmith Should stand up and tell Nickent to get a clue or quit selling Nickents items.
