When my order was out of stock i found out Golfio is a reliable online store. Why? because they did not wait me to follow up my refund. The day i receive email from their customer service telling me that my order was already out of stock, after a couple of hrs. I received email again that my order has been refunded.
I don’t want a store who tell their customer to wait several days for the order only when the promised date came, the order is still out of stock.
I think good business starts with being true and Golfio have it.

Ordered a club from golfio two weeks ago, credit card was charged on day 3.  Have not received item, two emails unanswered, two phone messages unanswered.  Item is still shown on line with 2-4 day shipment. I would be satisfied with an answer that the item is backordered.

Golfio has a huge sale on their Adidas golf shoes that you don’t want to miss. Tough luck I had to buy my first pair on the other store where I could have save more than 80% on Golfio. In addition to that, they’ve got wide selection of shoes on sale so you can have tons of pair for gift or for yourself as well. They also ship your shoes immediately so I think that they have a full stock of shoes you may be interested in. Well, I fully hope that their huge sale would extend up to the holidays and I am pretty much sure they’ll be having a much bigger promotions during that season. The main reason why I bought the Adidas Lady ClimaCool Oasis Lite Golf Shoes in Golfio is because of its cost. There’s a lot of store who also sell this shoes but Golfio really caught my eye. I never expect high on this item after placing my order. The only thing that I was thinking is that I will have a brand new shoe that I can use in playing golf as a beginner. Hello everyone! I accidentally saw the Golfio site. It's so impressing. It is easy to access and many promotional items that was really satisfying. You will notice on Golfio site offers package deals which are really affordable. They have wide selection of golf clubs and accessories.
Very easy to order. Upon ordering the customer representative explains about the packages I've wanted to have. I ordered Cleveland Hibore XLS Wood Set it has 3 options to choose and I picked option 1 which includes Cleveland Hibore XLS driver (460cc), Cleveland Hibore XLS Fairway wood and Cleveland Hybrid Utility club. It's great, very affordable and they delivered it on-time. I really like those items, the quality is good and best gift for my uncle because he really love to play golf. I bought Iron sets for my husband and I'm glad because they had delivered it on time, but when I had seen from other site that it cost 20 dollars less, I had asked them if they could discount 20 dollars to my purchased iron set and they had granted it. I truly appreciate their response on my request because I think if I asked it from other store, they might put down my request.

I recently ordered a Cleveland Trooper Camo Stand Bag and Cleveland CG14 Camo Wedges from Golfio and I just loved it! I had found these babies at a great cost and with fast shipping. The site’s cool, it’s very easy to order and sort out those things you need. I found what I needed in no time and detailed specs of the item are greatly appreciated. Try to contact them via email though; my friend told me he was kept waiting. I had been purchasing in Golfio for quite some time now and I can really say that I have been satisfied with all my transactions with them. From what I have been seeing in the reviews here, there had been some negative and some positive feedbacks for them. From my point of view, I can say that there had been some truth in some of them. I had experiences some delays and unshipped order. Also, some fast and fully delivered order. But from what I had read here, some of the negative feedbacks are just overreacting. Its normal in these kinds of business to have delays and order cancellation very once in a while and maybe it’s just a coincidence that I happened it them. More people that wrote their reviews here positively in their service and I agree to that. I am a fully satisfied customer in Golfio and I love those guys because they give me some incentives. Purchasing a customized iron club is not that hard and long waiting time because I had Golfio on my side to help me with my golfing needs. With their friendly and very warm customer representative, I could ask whatever I want in my club to be. I bought a Nickent ironwood club and have it customized to +0.5 shaft, and I got it within a few weeks, unlike on my previous purchase in other golf stores, it took almost couple of months to get my item. What I love also in Golfio is that they emailed me whenever there's a delay in my customized order.

Most of the time all my orders at Golfio Inc. are promptly delivered without any damage or wrong item delivered. But there's an instance that I received wrong item. My order is Adidas Lady Powerband 2.0 Golf Shoes with White-Neece-Silver color but they delivered White-White Dark silver. I don't like that color that's why I don't accept it and return to store. After the following day the courier came brought the right product I purchased. I am happy for that because I cannot wait for a long time for the replacement of my order. Regarding that case it happened once that why I understand them for any reason they have.
Now I know that even they have mistakes regarding delivery they do immediate action for whatever problem on product shipping so that they customer won't disappointed. On this matter proven that they have to practice valuing customer and making sure that they meet the customers' satisfaction so that their customers believed them. Even though I received the wrong item I will continue ordering golf clubs and accessories in Golfio because they cannot break their promise to have a good service for their customers.

Went to order clubs that the web site said they had in stock. Had to call them to find out that it would be at least 3 weeks before they showed up. I cancelled my order. I then had to contact them 4 times to get my credit refunded. They still have not refunded my money. I guess I will have to go through my CC company to get a refund.

Isn’t it great to have those golf clubs you want? Yes! With discount? Great! But what if you’re given a free? That’s even better!
That is what I experienced at Golfio. They have many promos and discounts; they’re just like giving stuffs away! I bought an Adams Idea Tech A4 OS Hybrid Iron Set and got an Adams Insight Tech A4 Hybrid Fairway Wood (for free) and a Callaway Lady Fusion FT-i Driver (460cc) for only $200 (I saved $300). I also purchased an Adidas Tour Traxion II Golf Shoes for only $40. I love it when I get a huge discounts and freebies. It save more for those other equipments I needed. I mean what a bargain! Plus the shipping is fast and I really appreciated that.
