The Palm Springs 14 way full length divider bag is awesome...very lightweight and holds everything i desire to bring to the course with me. The confidence ladies esp3 hybrid irons set (3-pw) is awesome. I played with them both Saturday and Sunday and although I shot about 14 over my normal scores on Saturday...I got comfortable shooting with them by the end of the round and by Sunday I shot a 91...which was my all time best round ever, and brought my game down by 7 strokes off my previous best score!!! Love these clubs!

The site had a good selection of ladies golf clubs and a good range of prices. The purchase was easy to complete and arrived on time. The box had been torn open and re-taped but I don't know if that happened before or after shipment. The merchandise inside the box was not damaged and was exactly as described on the site. I am happy with Golf Outlets and plan to shop there again for other golf supplies.

I only had one minor problem with the merchant. A club that I ordered from the website was not available. Otherwise, the ordering process was fine. The clubs were a little dinged up when I received them. They were adequately packaged, which leads me to believe that they were damaged before the merchant received them. I bought two putters. Both are of a very poor quality. The faces are not perpendicular to the shafts. The alignment marks are not perpendicular to the faces. The grips are not perpendicular to the faces. Both clubs are completely useless and I will throw both away. The irons and woods have been fine so far. I have no complaints about either.

The stuff they offer and the prices they have are great, BUT I had a problem with one of my clubs getting dented after two uses and even though they shippped another one to me, instead of being nice about it they said the damage wasn't covered under warrenty (even though it says it covers defect and damage for a year). I was extremely satisfied with everything up until that point.

The purchase and all contact was very satisfying. The incorrect clubs were delivered. When I called, they were very apologetic and a new set was delivered immediately with them sending me return shipping for the incorrect order. Excellent customer service response since it was a gift.

All shippiong documentation indicated that THREE packages were sent when in all actuality TWO were sent. The delivery driver adn I were both a little confused until I opened the box and found the third package stuck inside the second.

I first requested information about another product, but my email was ignored. I then ordered the 9 Wood and the Putter. The 9 Wood came WITHOUT the promised head cover and the Putter arrived with the grip misaligned by almost 20 degrees. I again emailed the "Customer Service" address and was told that the "Service Department" would be notified about the problems. It has now been over 2 additional weeks (and an additional email) and I have not received any response from Golf Outlets. This has been the worst online purchasing experience that I have ever had and I would recommend that everybody think very carefully before doing business with this company.

The clubs were what I expected. In good condition. The stitching on the bag had threads hanging that interfered with the zipper, but nothing a pair of scissors could not handle. My daugher loves her clubs. She is very proud of them.
