There was delays in processing the order due the method of payment originally used (credit card)however, the delay could have been avoided if it was made clear from the beginning that cash pyt would be preferred. After all that delay which was not entirely my fault,I was still charged for the overnight shippment which became necessary due to the delay in processing the order The Taylor Made R7 CGB Max Iron set that was ordered was Graphite Shafts but what was delivered was marked "Black Steel" which was steel coated black. On one the irons, 4, the coating had started coming off, revealing the steel shaft clearly. I have written to complain but just received a response asking me "What is the SKU # on our price tag"

Ordered a Datrek Golf Bag Travel Cover. When shipment arrived, the box was full of miscellaneous junk (club covers and a junior golf bag). It did not contain the item I had ordered. Time to see how their customer service does in fixing the situation

It was ok, but the shipping guidance screen was misleading (or simply wrong) concerning the expected delivery time. Also, the merchant had no online tracking capability. Their e-mail replies were relatively timely though(end of the day).

The item I ordered was out of stock, so the order was filled directly from Callaway. Iwantgolf sent me an email to that effect and the package did arrive via UPS from Callaway. No problems.

When I tried to track my order online, the tracking number never appeared, and I never received a shipping confirmation. I called to see if my item shipped. The person on the phone was very helpful. My clubs arrived on time and in good condition. I would do business with this merchant again.

There was no email indicating the item was shipped as promised on the web site. A short followup call and a prompt response by the seller gave me all the information I needed and the item was received very timely.

Purchase was efficeint and item was delivered on time and as promised. With free shipping, couldn't find a better price anywhere. Website promised email indicating when shipped which did not happen, but short phone call and prompt response showed item was shipped on schedule and arrived as promised.
