I tried to call the store to ask some questions regarding the clubs, their mailbox on the phone system was full due tot he Memorial Day Holiday and I never was able to speak with anyone. I ordered anyway after reading some reviews on Amazon. We are very pleased with the quality of the clubs and bags. I would give them 5 stars on cost to quality ratio. I would order from them again.

Overall good. I would like more variety but then again they are an outlet store so I probably shouldn't expect to see name brand clubs really cheap. But so far so good, now I just need to see how my wife likes using the set

Love Golf Outlets USA but had lots of problems with the product. I purchased a canopy tent with no step by step directions as to what to assemble first, next, and so on. As the canopy was strecthed over the poles it ripped in 2 places. I was very disappointed with the quality of this product and now I'm stuck with it. Shipping costs were almost half the price of the item which I thought was steep. Extremely not satisfied!!!

My shopping experience was wonderful however UPS has yet to deliver my golf clubs - they were supposed to be delivered yesterday but the delivery person (a female) chose not to deliver them - she didn't even leave an InfoNotice, so - I haven't even seen my clubs yet. I've been told that they will be delivered today but who knows. Please contact me on Monday and I'll be able to give a favorable review for GolfOutlets USA, I'm sure.

Ordering what I needed online was pretty easy, the website was easy to use, and gave a direct customer service line in which to contact them and not just an email address. What I ordered is on back order until March 27, despite the back order, I will defitnetly visit the site again.
