Although they were out of what I requested, I received a phone call to let me know what alternatives were available and the alternative was better than the original. It was handled in a friendly, professional, and very prompt manner. I was extremely pleased.

I ordered the club at Christmas time, so that may be the reason for the delay. I emailed the customer service email address, and got no reply. I then called, and followed the voice menu for "Check the status of an order." It rang for a few seconds then said "Please leave a message." After hacking through the voice menu on the 1-800 number, I finally got thru to someone, who told me they ordered the club directly from Callaway, who had been closed until Jan 2. I finally received the club on January 9. Overall, a somewhat annoying shopping experience.

There was a little mix up with my order, but I received what I ordered and the customer service from Mr Clark Kelley was fantastic. I'll be back to shop for my golfing equipment.

I considered it a good, but not excellent experience. I appreciated the free shipping, but it took much longer than I had expected. Also, the club face must have had a label stuck to it that was hastily removed, leaving much residue that I had to clean off. What was that all about. Either leave it on or take it off, but don't do slipshod work. Preferrably, don't put labels on the club face!

I specifically ordered this golf equipment for the FREE3DAY shipping that was guaranteed. The shipment did not make it in 3 days, so the guarantee is void. I was not compensated for this and I feel there is compensation due as my son didn't have his clubs for Christmas.
I will not shop at this site again, even if the price is better than anywhere else.
