False Pricing, Mediocre Customer Support

I ordered a set of the Callaway Top-Flite XL golf clubs yesterday that actually seemed to be a very good price. I chose the, Next day air delivery, for the amount of $25, today I get an email stating that they would not be able to ship it out to me next day air because the cost would be around $120 even though my order stated $25. I needed this item here before the weekend as this was a gift. I called their customer support and was offered the standard free UPS ground shipping, but from where they are located the item would not of gotten here before Friday. They then call a closer location to me to see if the item was in stock, it was, but they tried to sell me their "display" model without the original box. So of course my order has been cancelled.
Customer service is mediocre at best, It kind of felt like I had to keep suggesting the next step to take, would not shop there again. There are just some things a company should take responsibility for, false pricing on their part is definitly one of them. If a price is stated on their site and is found to be false it should be honered be the company as long as it is the company's fault
