I placed a $51 order on 11/24 for Nexxus Vitatress. It was showing in stock at google and the site. I checked on the 27th and it stated, "shipped". I then checked back a few days later and my order stated, "on backorder". I then contacted the company, and received a reply back within an hour or two.
I was told that Nexxus had redesigned this product line and that they were waiting on a shipment from them of the new merchandise. They expected a ship date from Nexxus of 12/8, and offered to cancel the order for me.
I told them to go ahead and wait on the order. They wrote back right away, thanking me for my patience.
On 12/14, I wrote back again asking about the order status. I told them I had found the items in stock at another store (I had contacted the new store ahead of time and they confirmed stock) and asked if they had received shipment. I told them that if they did not have, nor expected to receive it by 12/15, then I'd like to cancel my order. They wrote back and told me that my order had been canceled and that my money was returned to my paypal account.
According to my paypal account, my money has not been returned. I am now waiting for a reply from them on how long it should take to be refunded.
If you do chose to purchase from Goddess Within, please be sure to use your credit card as well as contacting them before placing an order to make sure the product is actually in stock.
I was very disappointed with this storefront and can not recommend them, although it sounds like their CS has improved based on prior reviews. I sure wish I wouldn't have wasted the last 3 weeks waiting on this purchase... not to mention the time spent ordering from another company and the transit time there as well.
