placed my order on aug 17th and it is now sep 16th and i still have not received my products. i don't know if i will order from this company again.

I never had any problem with Giftvalues and just had one confussion in an order but it was fix inmediately by a phone call. I would keep shopping from them and I recomend it to my family and co-workers.

My shopping experiences has been pleasurable .The merchandise that has been purchase arrives in good condition either the ink runs out or the pen breaks .This doesn't make a very good impression on my clients who these pens are gifts to help promote my security business.I would like to thank customer service for always finding a solution by replacing the damage merchandise in a timely fashion. One pen I ordered was not available and no good reason was provided. I was not informed that the pen was not available until I called. The other 2 pen were shipped but it took much too long to get them. Not a good order experience. VEW

I reordered a ring that I had previously ordered because it was such a good value and I liked the origional one so much and had misplaced it. I found it but thought it was such a value that I would like to have a spare, just in case I really did lose it in the future.

My order was actually received ahead of the time that I expected to receive it. Items were securely wrapped. There was no damage. I did not receive my free silver whistle key chain as advertised. All in all, the service was excellent.

I don't like receiving invoices that have a partial handwritten portion. In 2007 my entire invoice should have been automated. It just made things look questionable.

I found the item in excellent condition but it took me almost a month to receive the item with that type of delay i would not use the service again, but, again i thought the item was great if not for the wait i would love to just giftvalues again because their is more i would like to purchase.

Shipping took much longer than expected, and the online order tracking simply said "being processed" for the duration of the order. When I called customer service, I was told that shipping takes 4 to 6 weeks, not the 8 to 10 days that the site displayed when I ordered. This needs to be clarified on the order page.

Did not receive an email confirmation of shipping. Called to check on status and received approx. 1 week later.

February 28 - Order confirmed by GiftValues.com
March 16 - Inquired about order. Told it shipped 3/12 and would take 10 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive.
March 28 - Notified that order not received. Told them to either ship or cancel.
March 29 - Was told to wait until April 2 at which time they would reorder
March 30 - Informed them to cancel order and refund my card
March 31 - GiftValues said if I returned the order credit would take 60 days

Draw your own conclusion

It took over a month for 2 rings to arrive at my house. I had to make 2 phone calls about this order plus I sent in an email requestiong information about it. That is way too long to wait for any product with the mail service as fast as it is today. There was no problem with payment either because they charged my credit card. I just think that 6 weeks is too long for a shipment of 2 rings.

After placing my order online, I tried several times to review my order online, but kept receiving an error message on the page. I contacted customer service several times, but the view order page was never fixed. When I finally received my order, the calligraphy pen within this set was broken and does not work at all. I am not returning it, as it is not worth all of the trouble, but will most likely not order from this website again.

This store has exactly what it's name implies. Gift Values! I have purchased numerous times and have always been surprised at the quality of the products when I receive them.

While shipping is not super fast, they deliver well within the 2-4 weeks advertised. I have called customer service and found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this site, especially their pens.
