I ordered a gift basket on 12/21/07 with guaranteed delivery for 12/24/07, but it was not delivered on 12/24. I followed up via e-mail on 12/25, and they replied on 12/26 saying it is supposed to be delivered today (12/26)... I hope the product is received in good condition.

The baby gifts offered were not what every one has, such as diaper baskets. I ordered hand-made, hand decorated cookies for a new born boy, which were so unique. the woman I spoke with on the phone was wonderful. the problem was: The company hired to make and deliver the basket no longer had their liquor license.and they failed to tell your rep in a timely manner. So my order was delayed a day. Your rep contacted another supplier ..gave me 15% off and had the basket out the following day. YES I WOULD UES YOUR SERVICE AGAIN...Since dealing with your phone rep I have actually added you to my list of favorites in my computer so I can find you easily. thanks to your rep even though my gift was a day late she did everything possible to correct all problems in a very timely and professional manner.
