Get Organized...HAHA funny! this is something they aren't!
What a waste of time & money, I ordered a product from them over the phone (which was on a holiday weekend) So I knew I had to wait until Monday morning, I paid extra for express shipping so it would get to my house within 3-4 business days. The 4th business day (which landed on a friday) passed and I called them up and stated I haven't recieved my product and the guy I spoke with stated for some reason it didn't go out express shipping and I would have to wait until that Monday for fed ex. He did offer to return my money for the shipping which is the only nice thing they did. So monday night came and noticed I haven't recieved my product, So I called and spoke with this guy and he was extremely rude to me, I told him I have not recieved my product and he said "well what do you want me to do?" I told him to go ahead and forward my call to a manager and he said there isn't one and I asked him "what kind of company doesn't have a manager?" he didn't say anything and I then asked him again to please give me a manag he cut me off and said NOPE, NOPE, NOPE he then proceeded to say is there anything else and then hung up on me....WOW, Great customer service! Will NEVER shop here again....
And to top everything off, if you open the product you can not return it! So how is it that if something doesn't work or if it's not what you expected you can't return it? what a crock!
