Products arrived as described when stated, but there was no "incremental tracking"... FedEx ground stated that it left their door, and then a week later it arrived. No "in between" updates. Not very helpful information. I knew it would take a while, but I wished I could see it as it progressed, so I could know more specifically when it would arrive. Computer Geeks has a great selection of geeky stuff. Their prices are very good.

I am a repeat customer of Geeks.com. Ever since I had them send me a replacement for a faulty wireless headphone they made a customer for life. Their quality service is excellent and I like the deals I occasionally see on their site.

Good shopping experience but very poor when trying to contact them about a problem. Sent an e-mail to their support as directed on their invoice and have not received any response in 3 days. Power supply was defective out of the box. Need a replacement ASAP. May or may not purchase from them again.

I have purchased from compGeeks for several years. I can't remember but one time that I had a problem with a motherboard and they replaced the board with no hassles. I will always check them first to see if they have the best prices. (and they usually do) They are a great company to deal with.

The Geek web page stated the item was for use with Windows98 but on receipt the installation CD said it was not. Phone calls to the Geeks customer service yielded hold periods of up to an hour. After two days a warm body told me that there was nothing they could do about my problem. I finally called the manufacturer, Plextor, and was sent an installation disk that would work. You guys are Geeks but not Gurus.

Have used the "gGeeks" for years. They seem, for the most part, to be consistant and have been improving the process of ordering. The web site is good. With the volume of stuff they carry they have one of the better web sites and ordering processes. I have had some warranty issues over the years and these have been handled quickly and fairly on every occasion. I will continue to shop Geeks.com.

Overall very good online shopping experience so far. I have not had any problems with the refurbished Kodak Z760 camera I purchased. However, the camera and dock came in separate shipments which were a little difficult to track; I received the dock first and then FedEx finally updated the tracking for the camera itself. I was still surprised at how fast both items arrived. Good Job!
