I'm a repeat customer of Geeks.com and this order as with all my past, was shipped quickly, I rec'd a tracking number and packages arrived on time. All items were as discribed, well packaged for shipping with no damage. They also have a very good selection of items, along with low prices. Although, shipping prices are within reason. I sometimes wait till they have FREE shipping, which happens every so often. Over all, I'm very pleased with Geeks.com

the first time I tried to shop, I couldn't get the geek website to work. So, I called the order line and asked someone to place my order, which they did. After that time, I've been able to use the website just fine for other orders of equipment.

ordered a new motherboard and got a refurbished one that was defective. had to send it back and am still waiting for the replacement. I even asked for express shipping because I needed this right away, two weeks later I still don't have it.

The camcorder I ordered was described as in NEW condition. The camcorder I received was used in an open box state. I called Geeks.com and complained the camcorder item was not NEW and they said they would replace it with a New model. I am waiting for the replacement to be delivered and hope it's a New camcorder.

The software disk was damaged and I reported it in an E-Mail. Customer service wrote back saying they were forwarding it to the tech staf but didn't give me a contact to follow-eup. Thatd the last I've heard of the issue.

Avoid shopping here, this crew manages cheap prices by shoddy service and products. I ordered a refurb monitor/TV and it came poorly packaged and damaged. I returned it and they had no replacement for it, suggested another brand. I said I'd wait until the same top brand TV came in stock. Two weeks later I received a random budget TV and told it was deemed a suitable replacment (by the techs?), despite having told them I wanted the brand I ordered or just a refund. I had to argue with them to take that return and pay for the shipping. In the end, I got refunded but never paid for the $50 expedited shipping, so all in all I lost 25% of the payment by dealing with Geeks.com. Do yourself a favor and find another retailer, I found the same TV new at same price elsewhere.

Geeks has very good prices on their items. Their web site is easy to explore. They ship fairly quickly. Shipping prices seem to be a little high, but the items do arrive on time. The only problem I have with Geeks is they don't seem to have a large selection of the various items for sell. Esoecially the name brand items.
