Order and delivery were easy. It was even easy to shop the site. When the computer came, it would not start up properly. Called in for service and spoke to a tech who not only found the problem but put in an order for a replacement part immediately. For having a problem, this could not have been handled better.

I ordered items from your online business. But I never recieved them because you wouldn't send the items to my daughter because she has a different address than my billing address. What it that all about? I order items from Amazon all of the time and they will ship to anywhere in the U.S. I do not have time to call my credit card company and tell them all of the different addresses to send things to. I will not call, so you have lost my business. If you change your way of dealing with customers, then just maybe I will buy from you again. Let me know when you change your shipping rules.

Received wrong Motherboard, called a non-toll free # and was told the that I should flash the BIOS to make the 1st Motherboard the part # they advertised on the web (BAD IDEA). Talked to sales the 2nd time and they told me just to send it back. Received store credit for wrong Motherboard they had sent me the 1st time, that I got free shipping on. Could not use store credit on line, and was charged shipping and the difference of $17 for 2nd Motherboard because of a price change too another motherboard. No discount for there mistake. Make sure U get the part # that U order!

It has been excellent except for a few problems in packaging. There have been a few times that small items have been lost through a tear or break in the container, and I could not get a response from Geeks, although I used the directed email address to address the issue. I was disappointed that the small items were just loosely dumped into the box with a much larger, much heavier object that was not packed well, and it moved around in the box, breaking it open, losing the small parts. This has happened a total of three times within the last few years. Subsequently I have avoided ordering any smaller parts along with a larger item. I just don't feel secure in ordering a mixed order. So, I have, in a way, 'fixed' this problem myself since I could not get a response by email.
