This is the only site I know of that does not allow a customer to search by a keyword and can prove maddening. You must have the item number or else you're out of luck, unless you want to call the 800 number and hopefully this will occur during their office hours. Again, unlike nearly all online retailers, Garnet Hill's 800 number is not 24 hours. You might think that clicking on the different sections of the site would bring up everything for sale, but they don't. The only way to find an item is to get the number for it. Although GH has some great merchandise, it almost seems like they don't want to sell it. They are far behind all other sites in technology and this burdens the consumer.
