WONDERFUL company! I can't recommend them enough. I ordered a compost bin (the easy open composter) from them and it came with a tiny little crack in the corner. I decided to use it anyways, but after a couple months, the corner clip somehow came off and was missing. I wrote to the company and asked if there was some way I could get a new corner clip and I mentioned that it came slightly cracked. They responded right away and sent me a whole new compost bin within days, no questions asked. I have recommended them already and will continue to recommend them to people.

Very wide selection of items for gardeners. Hard to find organic items available. Site easy to navigate. Ordering was easy. Order arrived very quick!

The items that I ordered were delivered in record time. I only paid for regular shipping. I received exactly what I ordered.

One snag....something that I ordered was damaged beyond repair because the package was handled roughly in transit. I called Customer Service to make them aware. The lady I spoke with to be very responsive, apologetic, and they sent me a replacement at no charge.

The items that I ordered online were described honestly and the quality was high. Ordering was easy and everything I wanted was in stock.

Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my online purchase at Gardener's Supply Company.

Though they sent me tracking information it did not work. The system showed that it has received the info for delivery but nothing more. I check the system each day and it never changed. After 4-5 days the package arrived while the system still showed nothing.

Gardener's Supply was the only company I found that sold a quality solar-powered spotlight on the web. The entire ordering and shipping process was smooth and I am very happy with the light. I would definitely shop here again.

Terrible. I ordered three rain barrels from Gardener's Supply and one hose extender. The barrels arrived barely contained in the shipping boxes. They had gouges on the barrels, torn debris screens and not one barrel contained all of the parts needed to set it up. The hose extender faucet was crooked and leaked. Customer service was very nice about exchanging the items, but that doesn't make up for the lost time dealing with repacking and reshipping the items back.

Great merchandise! They have some hard to find products such as the snow gauge I was looking for. I ordered one a couple of days before Christmas and it arrived 2 days later. They were very courteous when I called after I ordered it online to see how fast they would ship it. They understood my need to get it quickly and they shipped it right away with no extra charges.

I agree with the other reviewers of this merchant. I LOVE shopping on their site. It is very easy to use, and they keep you informed throughout the ordering and shipping process. Their prices are great. The shipping process is very quick. In fact, each of my orders were sent out by the company for shipping within 24 hours of my purchase. They packed each shipment very securely. The site offers many hard-to-find products. I just made my third on-line purchase from this company. I will continue to be a devoted customer.
