I like ordering from gap.com because they have a pretty easy-to-use website with a lot of variety in clothing options. They recently redid the website to include a tool that allows you to see what sizes and colors are left in a particular article of clothing without having to go to a new window in your browser. I've found that this really makes the shopping experience go quicker and is easier for the customer to browse what he or she is interested in purchasing. I also LOVE that gap recently added a petite line to their clothing. You used to be able to buy pants in different lengths, but now they have separate shirts, dresses, pants and other clothes made specifically for people under 5'4". (They also have a new section primarily for tall people, but that doesn't really matter when you're 5 feet tall like I am.) The orders usually take three to five days to arrive but I have never had any problems like receiving the wrong items. There are often various codes available to apply to your orders, including free shipping and percentages off, you just have to look. If you have a gap card, too, you can get %10 off every first Tuesday of the month and free shipping on every single purchase over $50. My favorite aspect of shopping through gap.com is that often there are deals and sales that you can't get in store. They have products that are still full price at the store for considerably less. Also, if you get something home and find that it doesn't fit you can always return it to a nearby store for no extra cost.
