Placed order on 12/7, was told it was backordered the next day, then told it would be mailed Friday 12/12.  Gamequest did not respond to repeated e-mails and a phone message asking for tracking information.  Two days before Christmas they indicated that the game was still on backorder and had never been sent. Then on Dec. 24th I received an e-mail saying that they canceled my order.  The whole time, they had my money (paid through PayPal) and collected interest on it. This was my children's main gift.  They left me high and dry.  I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere, if you want to get your product, that is.

Three weeks since ordering, no game received, no response from their customer service despite repeated attempts to contact them via email and phone.  I was sent a tracking number, but USPS shows no evidence of the package ever being shipped through them.  Hopefully GameQuest Direct will eventually contact me to give their explanation, but as far as I can tell, they took my money and have no intention of following up with delivering the product.  Use at your own risk!

Would not but from this company again. I ordered from gamequest after viewing the "trusted seller" rating. I received email from gamequest that the item (Karaoke Revolution Party Bundle)had been shipped. NEVER
RECEIVED ITEM. Contacted customer service- was unwilling to work with me-no refund or replacement product. Luckily, I had used PAYPAL and was able to open a dispute and got a refund. Unfortunately, my daughter did not get her birthday present. Very disappointing.

The games I was looking for I could not find at a retail store in my area. Gamequest had both the games I wanted at a good price. The games were in stock (and I ordered them after Christmas) and arrived within 3 days after I ordered them. Their website is easy to navigate, buying is simple and fast.

I was fortunate that the cd-rom game was in good condition, as the plastic container that holds the game was damaged/crunched during shipping in the bubble envelope. The corner of the case was in a crumbled mess, but the game was not damaged. This was not the fault of the merchant. Their site was easy to navigate, easy to place an order with, they had a wonderful selection, and delivery was on time. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will be doing business with them in the future.

They did not have the product I ordered in stock, despite them listing it as. So when I discovered it was back ordered the next day, I emailed the company and told them to cancel. Well they canceled it, but they had put a credit hold on my card which I had to call up my credit card company to have them remove. Overall this company was more of a hassle to deal with then anything and I will not be ordering from them again. Im sticking to Amazon for now on. At least they have items in stock they claim, and they do not put any sort of stupid credit hold on you card if they do not have it in stock at the time.

They gave out coupons for the game and them cancelled the game the were selling. This company is fraudulent and I will be filling a BBB complaint. Also will be contacting all the partners with this company to find out why they are suggesting this company is so good. Will never do business with this company if they were the last game sellers on the earth.

I pre-ordered the game, paid the full amount, and asked for overnight shipping. I was called the day before the street date and told the shipping I asked for would be $10 more. I agreed to pay it. I was told that they would try to ship it that day and if not then it would ship the next day. The next day I looked online and saw it had not shipped. I contacted them via online text chat. They assured me it was going to ship that day. Not only did it not ship that day, but when it was shipped it was sent via Fedex 2 day delivery. I was so mad that my wife had to call them for me. The lady who spoke to her on the phone was less than helpful and claimed she had noone who ranked above her. I suppose that makes her the owner of the company? Right after my wife hung up the phone, the lady called back and refunded the shipping cost. I took off of work for the week so I could get in on the early game play, as well as the contests that were going on. I received the game on Thursday. I could have just walked over to any number of Gamestops who all still had the Legendary edition in stock and bought it on the street date.
