I ordered vacuum cleaner bags on line for my son in New York. I entered the wrong address on line. The bags were returned to the company. When I realized my mistake and called the company, they had the new bags to my son's correct address the next morning. I was really pleased about that.

My vacuum is a Miele, bags and filters are hard to find, easier to order on-line. After placing my order with Galaxy, whose website is easy to follow and order through, I realized they were sending my order by FedEx. We live in a remote area in the Sierra foothills and FedEx drivers have a difficult time finding our address; I immediately sent an email to Galaxy, explaining this problem, notifying them they might receive my order back as "not a good address". Very quickly, I received a reply email from a REAL PERSON, not a boiler plate response. I was impressed. This particular time, the FedEx driver did find my address and I received my order very quickly. Several days later, I got another email from Galaxy, again from a 'real person', asking if I had received my order. They also offered to ship my future orders by USPS or UPS if I requested it at the time of order. The follow-up for such a minor order was much appreciated. I will definitely order from this online vendor again.
