Stay away from Gain Saver.. Tried to scam me out of1,240.30.. sent me a bad computer. Had to contact the BBB,Federal Trade Commission, and iC3.  Took me over a month of phone calls and my valuable time.  Happy to say I recovered 1,185.13  Gain Saver did get 58.96 + 35.00 it costme to send the DOA Computer back to them.  Lesson well learned... Gain Saver should not be doing business. Period.

I own a small construction company and in these hard times I have to save money to stay in business.
My 5 outside salespeople needed Tablet PC's so they could easly quote our potential customers.  I looked at Motion Computing
and Panasonic Tablets.  Wow they are expensive around $1,500 to $2,000 each.  At this point, I could not afford $10,000 so I
called a friend who knows a lot about computers and buys online.  He recommended GainSaver.  I went to http://www.gainsaver.com
and easly found a used Motion Computing tablet PC.  Yeah, it was a few years old, but I got a fully loaded LE1600 with a 1 year
warranty for around $630 dollars.  I ended up paying $3,150 for all five.  I couldn't be more happy with my purchase.
My salespeople love them, they are happy because they can give quotes to our potential customers in realtime.  I called GainSaver
and thanked my sales rep Steve.  His response was professional "We appreciate the business.  You can always give me a call if you have
any issues with our tablets."  I will recommend gainsaver to my friends and will always try and save money buying used.

I've now ordered twice from Gainsaver -- office equipment each time. The merchandise was shipped as scheduled. Gainsaver notified me by e-mail of the shipping date and included tracking information. I received both orders in a timely fashion and in excellent condition (I've placed orders with other online companies and have never received the merchandise even after receiving confirmation of the orders or have received only part of my order). My experience with Gainsaver exceeded my expectations and I'll continue to do business with them.

It is no surprise, to me, that for two consistent years, Gainsaver.com has received a record breaking ACSI (American Customer Satisfaction Index) scoring in regards to customer satisfaction. Gainsaver.com was one of the first online merchants that I patronized, and they continue to be one of my favorite online vendors. The selection of merchandise is tremendous, customer service is good, policies and procedures are favorable, shipping is reasonable, and merchandise has been received on time. Confirmation emails are received and customers can track their orders. Overall I feel that this -*****-highly recommended-*****- site is a leader in online shopping.

During the last two Christmas seasons, this online retailer has been a source for gifts that I wasn’t able to locate locally (not that I looked at many stores, with the convenience of online shopping, I am likely to only look at the store I happen to be at). Gainsaver.com is simply the best online company a person can shop at for Apple computers. I reviewed many online stores before making my purchases at gainsaver, but none had the vast variety this store offered for a better price.  
 
The customer service was great and very courteous, prompt to answer any questions e-mailed, and extremely helpful. The laptop was shipped in a timely manner and was well packed to avoid damage.  
 
This is the second time I have bought macbook from them (one for my wife and one for myself), and it won't be the last!!!

I was in market for  Imac 24” , gainsaver had the lowest price going...

Same day I ordered the product, the order was processed with a confirm e-mail that my order was received, then another soon after that the product was shipped...

In the "your order has been shipped" e-mail, there was a link for tracking and tracking number... I checked it out.. anticipated arrival of product, 2 days... product received in two days...

Also, prior to buying product, left a message for tech support, they called back approx. 20 minutes later to help relieve me and talk to me that it was the correct product I was ordering by grabbing the box and answering all my questions thoroughly.

Whenever I need any more Apple equipment, I will buy from them again!

Great experience with this vendor! My google search for used macbook laptops sent me to Gainsaver what appeared to be exceptional prices. I placed my order online and it let me configure the laptop with what exactly I wanted, shipment arrived via: UPS within 4 days of placing. Everything was great, nicely packaged and the laptop has been working fine since then. Based on this transaction I will certainly consider buying from them again...

This was my first purchase from Gainsaver.

Very impressed with their customer service - I ordered on a Tuesday and they shipped by Thursday (on their website it says shipped within 24 hours; they wanted to call me to confirm the shipping address therefore the short delay).  
 
I ordered the Macbook pro and a few misc cables. Wow the Macbook pro is EXACTLY what I've been looking for, for my video editing studio. And the cost is lower at Gainsaver than anywhere else. Thanks!

I ordered a relatively hard-to-find-in-stock item. I was surprised Gainsaver had it in stock and that too at very low price. I paid for the item and after a month of waiting I didn't receive it. I called and told me that they haven't send it (and it was marked as shipped in my invoice) because it depends on the retailer. I canceled my order and they didn't refund my money! I've tried calling them and writing service requests and none of them are being replied. Avoid this store!

Good Service; there was a problem with the delivery - but that was due to the delivery carrier (UPS)- not Gainsaver merchant. Minor problem that got resolved after talking with the carrier and the item was delivered. They offer good deals when they send out e-mail specials. GREAT price and service. After searching many online merchants to purchase a Macbook, I settled on Gainsaver because of its favorable reviews and ease of ordering. I placed my order on Sunday, chose the  shipping option of  Ground, and my macbook arrived on Thursday. Unlike some other online merchants (even those with favorable reviews) who have reputations for trying to "upsell" customers with phone calls to buy more stuff, I received no communications from Gainsaver other than timely e-mails advising me of the status of my order. There were no exorbitant shipping charges -- which many merchants tack on as a way to make up for a lower merchandise price and the order was filled on the first business day after I placed it. Customers should appreciate honesty in a merchant. The fact that Gainsaver does not do what many other merchants do -- jack up shipping charges to compensate for lowball prices, make upsell calls, wrongly report out-of-stock items as in stock -- should inspire confidence in consumers. This was a most satisfying online buying experience, and I would definitely return to this online merchant.

Couple of weeks back I bought a Macbook pro from gainsaver on a recommendation of a friend who has been Gainsaver's customer for few years, i am really impressed by this company, they have there stuff together and know what they are doing. Website is easy to use, ordering is easing, I got regular emails with update of my order. I have a private practice in Nebraska, I was looking to buy Motion tablets for my clinic, they were going for over $1500 online few months back when i checked, but as i needed 10, i didn't wanna spend that much,  In early march i found Gainsaver selling Motion tablets for little under $400, i didn't believe, I called and they told me they have these in stock ( That what every seller does to get your order), Just to check i ordered 1 tablet to my surprise it arrived within 5 days i placed the order, i had my IT guy check it and make sure everything is fine for few days, It worked great, then I ordered remaining 9 tablets, which also arrived in pretty fast. Genuine online reseller's, they ship what they show and stand behind there products, My rep Steve was very courtious, helped me pick the right Mac with custom configuration, I have not seen any other used or refurb online seller who lets you configure your machine the way you want. I have been in the market for buying a Macpro for last few months, but the prices were way out of my budget, couple of weeks back one of my friend forwarded an email special from Gainsaver as he knew i am looking to buy a Macpro.  I was amazed to see there pricing, first I didn't believe those prices, I call there 800 number to make sure it's not a typo and they have it in stock, once that got confirmed, I was still hesitant to buy, I checked gainsaver's reviews left by other buyers, only after reading those i was  confident to buy from them as people had very good words about the company and there sales rep. I bought it in last week of March around 27th, to my surprise I recieved the computer on April 1st, which was only 3 business days from the day i placed the order. It took me few days to install all the softwares, its been running great without any issues, I want to thank Gainsaver for providing A class service with unbelievable pricing.
