I rarely write reviews but this experience I would like to share with you all.
I bought a Macbook last December for my daughter as Christmas present from Gainsaver. When we received it was working fine, but suddenly in April it started giving trouble, once a while it will start freezing, I called Gainsaver as I had bought additional warranty for 1 year when I bought the macbook, and explained them the problem, without any questions asked, the customer service rep issued me a RMA # and told me to ship it back to them, I got an email with shipping instructions, I followed all that and shipped it to them, I was tracking it and when I saw it was delivered to them, I call the sales people, without any delay I was able to buy another macbook same day with my store credit, I was really impressed, I had thought they will try to fix that machine and ship it back to me, but no, they offered me anything from there site for same amount, now this is called customer service, I was able to get another macbook ( this time I got black macbook, originally I had bought white), I will definitely recommend these guys, as they stand behind there product.
