I purchased a computer from Gainsaver a few months ago. From the start of my dealing with the company I could tell it was different.  
 
I actually called them because I found there pricing cheapest on yahoo shopping and I had few questions about Macbook Pro’s they were selling. The person who answered the phone spent as long as it took to give me the answer I needed. There was never a mention of purchase or soliciting by him. He just gave me information. It was very impressive.  
 
I have to tell you that every dealing I've had with this company has been impressive. Purchasing a computer nowadays is a very daunting experience, at least in my view. I naturally had lots of questions. I made many calls to them. Each time whoever answered took as much time as was necessary to clarify what I was unclear about.  
 
I finally purchased my computer after a lot of deliberation. It arrived incredibly well packed and Superfast ( I was not expecting it for another 3 to 5 days based on my experience with other online resellers) the product was exactly what I ordered and it’s been working flawlessly since then. 
 
The customer service after the sale is also incredible. I've had need for some technical support. I always get someone right away and the person is willing to spend as long as it takes to help me resolve my issues.  
 
I cannot say enough in praise of this company. It is rare to have a company with such an attitude towards quality and customer care.  
 
I can't imagine ever buying future computers elsewhere. This is one hell of a great company. And to think I found it purely by accident.
