I have to admit that I would not have made a purchase from this vendor after reading many of the negative reviews posted online, but I guess I was fortunate enough to miss those before placing my order and am glad that I didn't read those sooner. I would gladly order from Gaiam.com again.
I purchased a number of items from the 'Outlet' portion of the website and was very pleased with the pricing; items to include a Core Training System, Yoga Sandals, and Combo Brick/Strap Pack. These items shipped separately and were packed properly.
The only criticism I could form is with their process of confirming online orders. While I immediately received an e-mail outlining the details of my order, I was never notified of the actual shipping status of my packages. I contacted customer service after-hours (over the weekend) and was told to call back during business hours or contact via e-mail. Within 24 hours after sending an e-mail, my tracking info was received. Shipping was a little slower than I'm used to - I placed my initial order on 12/11 and received the final shipment 12/19 (within the 5-7 business day promise for FedEx Ground deliveries).
Overall, I'd consider this a smooth transaction and would definitely shop here again.
