Be Suspicious and Alert--Click Cautiously.

Buying something and then checking out of this store is an obstacle course. You're baited by strikingly discounted prices, then given a bewildering array of options and pitches--for additional benefits, e-mail offers, contributions to their conservation efforts, etc. No matter that somewhere in the maze the promise of free postage seems to have been forgotten. (Over $15 for a small item weighing only a few ounces.) It's very easy to click on a page intending to submit your discount code and surprise! there's an invoice, game's up. Do you have any recourse? Is there a returns policy? (No doubt--if you're willing to pay out the nose.)
To sum up, it was far from a stress-free experience ordering a gadget said to reduce stress. Don't shop here if you're extra tired or caffeine-deprived. My only consolation at this point is that I linked to the site from Amazon.com, which I know and trust. If I don't get satisfaction from this place, I'll raise a ruckus with Amazon. They actually listen and respond. Best advice: sign up for Amazon Prime, purchase directly from Amazon, receive your order in two days, be assured that Amazon will reimburse you if the price goes down and will provide hassle-free returns.
