I found their website when looking for cheapest L-shaped desk in the style that I was searching for and was excited because it was relatively cheaper than all the other companies.  I guess this should have sent up a red flag for me. I ordered this desk on 6-1-09 and after waiting 2 weeks I called and spoke to someone in customer service who told me that it was 7-15 business days.  I then proceeded to wait another week and a half and called back when they told me that they see that it has been shipped from the warehouse in Pennsylvania and should be here in the next few days.  This has now been a total of around 25 days and probably 20 business days.  When the item had not arrived after another week I called back.  SPoke to the same guy I had before and he qouted the exact same line that he had said before.  They see that it has left the warehouse and should be there in the next few days.  I told them that I just wanted to cancel my order and that I would like my money refunded (oh thats right they charged my credit card before shipping).  After doing this the guy hung up on me.  I then called back and spoke to another person and could hear the first guy in the back ground.  They said that they would and immediately sent an email stating that they were doing that.  It has been about 7 days since this has happened now and I am yet to see any money back in my account.  They have also sent an email saying that the transaction has been made and that the money is going back in my account.  I am hoping that because it is July 4th weekend that the tranaction will take on Monday.  Do not ever buy from them they are a fraud and made up of only a few people who are out to take peoples hard earned money.
