Took my money on day one. Took a month to get a headboard! Lied online. Gave conflicting info in emails and online, all on the same page. I emailed constantly trying to get info. I kept getting the exact same emails of 'copy and paste' replies, never answering anything I asked. Never cared about me, their customer. They know they'll keep getting customers. Never stated their items come from someplace else before buying, then they "repack" it, and then they ship it to me. Had to wait for two long shipments. Their so-called "repack" was just strips of flimsy cardboard on the edges with their name stamped all over it. So I had to wait more weeks just so you could get free advertising put on MY package? What crap! They stated I'd get a tracking number. Never got one. Stated I'd get an email when it shipped. Never got one. It just showed up one day after my weeks and weeks of complaining. Good thing I was home and it wasn't raining! Horrible, rude customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! If you luck out and get a decent experience, you'll be in the low percent. Spend a few more dollars to get treated decent and get it within a week rather than a month!
