Terrible!  Delivered damaged products (3x's) and now refuses to refund my $ that they previously agreed to.  I now have damaged furniture that I can't do anything with because they wont pick it up.  I have filed a complaint w/ the BBB and hope they can help me.  I was so excited about this furniture when I ordered it, now it makes me want to cry when I look at it.  If you want a company that stands behind their product and service, don't do business with Furniture Buzz.  I found that when the first piece arrived that was damaged, I should have cancelled the order.   Once 60 days have passed from the original order date, your credit card company can no longer assist you in recovering your $.  Since it takes so long for the new piece to arrive the 60 day period expires.  Furniture Buzz is fully aware of this and uses it to their advantage.  Now with that time frame gone they know you have little recourse in which to receive a refund. I have been in contact with them by email and phone and neither way produces results.  I sent photos of the damage, which they acknowledged.  Now they are backtracking and saying that it is wax buildup of some sort.  They are also saying that even if they sent a person to repair the damage, they cannot guarantee the work of a third party so if the piece is not repair adequately I am still out of luck.  They are saying I should have refused delivery because the outside box was torn upon delivery, but the damage is not from shipping.  The actual damage is done in the factory because the laminate is peeling off and cracking.  Someone also had tried to "patch" it but they used a different color stain or patch than the rest of the woodwork and so it stands out tremendously.  The patch didn't even work because the piece of wood is still coming off towards the bottom of the section it is in.  All in all the product is not good quality, but the real issue now is their lack of following through on their promise of a refund in this situation.
