On Sunday January 25, 2009, I ordered what was listed as a bed.  It was a Kathy Ireland Meadow Gardens twin bed.  I also ordered the matching dresser.  I was excited about the free shipping, and I fell in love with the style of the bedroom set.  5 minutes after I placed my order, my item number no longer existed on their website.  My receipt said bed rails.  The bed on their website was now listed with a modified item number and the price was triple what it had been listed.  When I called customer service to inquire what was going on, they basically told me that there is no way the item number or website could have been modified over the weekend.  They had my order for rails.  No explanation could be given as to why my item number suddenly no longer existed or to why the NEW item number for the bed was now bolded that it was 3 pieces.  The description for the item that I purchased was a bed with headboard and foot board - not just for rails.  I cancelled my order with them and will NEVER place an order with them again.  I highly advise people to stay away from this site, as they FALSELY ADVERTISE their products and try to cover up their mistakes.
