We first used FurnitureBuzz to order some home office furniture over a year ago. It arrived on time and in great shape and we were pleased with the price.
A few months later we followed up by ordering an entertainment center. While it took a looooong time to arrive, the delay was with the manufacturer, and not FB, so we excused the lengthy arrival time.
However, when we ordered a bunk bed and dresser for our daughter's room, we were completely dissatisfied. The build quality of the furniture was extremely poor... paint colors were mis-matched and uneven, a leg was broken, the ladder for the bunk bed was broken... lots of problems.
It took FurnitureBuzz over TWO MONTHS to ship us a replacement ladder--the entire time the top bunk was useless. We only got the ladder because I called and pestered the manufacturer. Eight months later, we are STILL waiting on a replacement dresser and leg that will probably never come. They've ceased replying to my correspondence. We fixed the dresser leg ourselves and will probably re-paint the dresser ourselves, too.
It seems that when things are good, FurnitureBuzz's problems go unnoticed. But if you have a problem, good luck trying to get them to do ANYTHING to help you. In a competitive online shopping world, both price and service count. FurnitureBuzz needs to realize this to thrive.
