I ordered my furniture on June 27 07. I received it on July 18 2007, so the 3-4 weeks promised shipping was met, however the quality of the item was very poor. I ordered the Kathy Ireland Sorrento dresser and mirror, I guess you get what you pay for. It was inexpensive but poorly put together. Mirror arrived damaged. Not all the parts in the drawer were put in and others were damaged.
On the brighter side, I called customer service and the promptly took care of me, They are going to ship out a replacement free of charge and have the mirror returned free of charge. They are also going to have the manufacturer send out replacement parts for the dresser.
If they do follow through with sending me the replacements I'll be o.k. However I feel I'll have to be extra gentle with the dresser for fear it will fall apart. :(
I must say that I was real impressed with how easily I was able to track my item over the phone. Almost daily I would call to check on its progress and got a state by state account of where it was. When it arrived at my local center I was able to schedule a delivery date sooner than was originally planned. Thumbs up!
Despite the horror with the merchandise I would still buy from them because up to now they have fulfilled their end. The quality of the merchandise has more to do with the manufacturer (Kathy Ireland standard furniture co. )than them.
