I have to say that I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Furniture Buzz. I ordered a TV stand and two side cabinets THREE weeks ago and as of now, these items have not even been put on a truck to be shipped yet. I was told from the time I placed the order to the time it would arrive here would be 7-10 business days. Of course there are times when there can be delays, but to still not have this furniture on a truck 21 days after the order was placed is unacceptable. When I called Furniture Buzz one week ago (two weeks after the order was placed), I was told the furniture was indeed in their warehouse - but why it is STILL in their warehouse a week later is beyond me. All I can say is that even if it was to be put on a truck tomorrow, it would have been longer than one month from the time of order to the time of delivery. I would have appreciated some kind of update from the company about the excessive delay, but all contact has been up to me - and I have been given several different explanations for the delay. Sorry - but if I had known it could possibly take at least a month for delivery, I simply would not have placed the order at all.
