I tried to contact furnitureblue about their price guarantee and they never responded. I was looking at an entertainment center they had listed "on sale" for $2525. I found it at another site for $1999 so I completed their online price guarantee form. I kept looking and found another site had the same thing for $1996 so I submitted another claim, still not hearing from them on the first.
When I waited to make my purchase, I decided to click the "live chat" button, but that just puts you back into their email loop. I am still waiting to hear from them. I guess they claim to have a guarantee to make people falsely confident that they will stand behind their claims. That was definitely not my experience and because they never responded I won't shop with them for ANY of my future purchases. |

The seller sent me an email advising that the item I ordered would be delayed since that finish wasnt expected from the manufacturer for a couple of weeks, I expected to wait a month or a little more to recieve it but it arrived in a couple of weeks and the quality was better than I had expected and was very easy to assemble. Very happy with the purchase

I ordered a sectional and home theater seats. The customer service was outstanding. They sent me leather swatches and then after I ordered emailed me updated every step of the way. I also enjoyed their white glove shipping because they came and setup all my furniture and took all the packaging away. Great service!
