I agree with "RUN, Don't Walk Away from Them"! I ordered a three panel floor mirror that arrived broken -- shards of glass were falling out of the FedEx box. (And it arrived MUCH later than the web site said it would -- a week at least.) The FedEx driver told me I should refuse the shipment, which I did, and now this store wants to charge me for the shipping TO my store as well as the RETURN shipping! As a business owner myself I am dumbfounded at this lack of customer service -- I didn't even receive an "I'm sorry your merchandise arrived broken." They seem to be going out of their way to penalize me for being on the receiving end of a broken product. So far they have taken my money and won't return it. I filed a chargeback complaint with my credit card company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
