Horrible customer service and return policy

Don't be fooled by their 100% satisfaction guaranteed 30 day return policy and "Risk Free" claims. We purchased an item online and then found a similar item elsewhere for almost half the price. Within a few hours we attempted to cancel our order but were told we had to accept delivery of the item first and only then could we cancel the order. And we would be responsible for shipping both ways - even though the product is not scheduled to ship for a few days yet. How stupid is that! If we cancel prior to them shipping it then we get hit with a 30% re-stocking fee. Below is the real policy buried in the fine print. Bottom line is that if an order is cancelled you're going to pay one way or another.
"Orders may not be cancelled prior to receiving the items unless the terms above regarding the delivery timeframe have not been met. Refused, returned or cancelled shipments that are not and/or will not be accepted by the customer for any reason, including non payment, are subject to a 30% restocking/cancellation fee plus the cost of the shipping and return shipping if applicable (this will be the actual shipping cost, not the 15% fixed rate shipping)."
