Two of the legs were damaged before they were packaged. The packaging was very good. I called and they sent t wo replacements after I sent in photos of the damaged legs. The new legs came in perfect condition. The table looks great and is perfect for my small kitchen.

The only disappointment was that I was assured by a representative that the table would arrive completely assembled as that was important to me. The table arrived in a large flat box and required another person to put it together which I had to make arrangements for. I hope to get accurate information in the future. Overall I was satisfied with the quality of the purchase.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My wife and I unpacked our new sofa and it filled our whole apartment with chemical fumes. We got headaches, watery eyes, rash, and had to ventilate the place in 20 degree weather & leave! The retailer is refusing to pay return shipping or refund our initial shipping charges. We are disputing this with the Better Business Bureau, the Consumer Products Safety Commission, and my credit card company.

The company sent me junk furniture, and I sent it back for return. I didn't get refund even I paid for the shipping costs. Then I filled a complain with BBB, however, the problem hasn't been solved. I will never buy anything from them again.

I am out over $500.00 from this company. It is a horrible, horrible company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! Learn from my mistake. I purchase a $1200.00 china cabinet. When it was delivered, 8 weeks after I ordered it, it was in such horrific condition, dented, scratched, just a cheap, cheap piece of furniture, that the delivery person and I reloaded on the truck. In the process of reloading it, all the legs broke off of it, that's how cheap it was made. I immediately (before the truck left) called the company to tell them it was defective and I wanted my money back. I was told that I had to pay shipping to and from and I had to pay a "restocking" fee (how they are going to restock an item with no legs is beyond me). I swear, I lost sleep over the stress this has caused me. There is no way whatsoever to get all my money back, they are impossible to deal with. I am now out $500.00 for a shabby piece of furniture that never even made it into my home.

The order arrived on time and in good condition. As the package was heavy, I could not get it inside until my son was able to come over and bring it in for me. He assembled the cart and loved the instructions, as no man wants to read them, just follow the diagrams. I am using this cart to hold the in-home dialysis machine and all the necessary supplies that go along with it.

When I ordered the daybed I asked what was a link spring and if I needed it. They said the link spring was for the trundle part to make it pop up. When I received the daybed I found out I needed the link spring to support the top mattress. When I called a second time it would cost me more than if I would have went with the package that included it.

We received the chairs in excellent condition. Wrapped and protected very well. They are darker than what they appeared to be on the website but not worth the hastle of returning them because they are a shade too dark to perfectly match our table. They blend well enough. Love the sturdy construction and padding.
Overall, we are satisfied with our purchase. We feel we got what we paid for.

The customer Service was great, but the items were not what we expected. The Table with 8 chairs were beautiful, but 2 of the chairs were broken we had to glue them back together. When we screwed one chair together the screw was stripped and then wouldn't come out. The wine area door was completely broken, the hardware came right off with the chunk of the door. The Bar stools were perfect. The nightstand was junky. We would have paid $50.00 for something of that quality if we would have seen it in the store. Never would have paid 250.00 something for it plus shipping. Overall the quality of the furniture wasn't that great.

After I ordered I waited weeks for my chairs. I wanted them for the Holidays. I finally called them to inquire to find they were never shipped and they had no idea why. They said they would have to call and would get back with me. I waited. I then sent them an email. They said they had problems and would get back with me. I waited. I emailed them again. I finally was notified it was shipped. It was exactly what I wanted. It was shipped FED EX and they just dropped it in my driveway and left. I was glad nothing was wrong with it as they just left/no signing..nothing. I am usure if I would order again. The service was lacking but it was the holiday season and the chairs are perfect so I just dont know.

Philippe did everything he could to make sure that we've got the set on time for the holidays. Even two exchanges didn't ruin the Thanksgiving!
Special thanks to the FedEx driver (sorry, didn't ask his name), he literally went extra mile to deliver it to the right address - it was a misprint on a label.

Everything sold on line these days is made in China, and usually is inferior, replacement is very difficult and merchants don't stand behind their products. Netshops.com

I say yes (with uncertainty) to #7. This on-line merchant (as you know)is a go-between for many different furniture manufacturers and my 1st purchase was a good one. This one, I have concerns that I have to accept. The quality of the chairs could have been better. But because the defect has nothing to do with the seats or the legs, the problem is not considered a defect. So I was told I could either send the merchandise back at my expense or keep it. I can't afford a $100.00 loss and I know they know this.
After the initial order was received, I had to request replacement parts for some defective craftsmanship; however, the replacement parts had similar defects as the initial order. Phone calls to the Company were frustrating and no satisfactory resolutions were made.
At one point during my phone conversations with several of the Reps regarding this order, they responded to my concerns like: Because they had their money for the purchase, I basically had to accept the poor quality or be at a financial loss and return the table and chairs. I felt that customer service was not a concern of theirs. There are two items that they have (made by different manufacturers than the table and chairs) that I'm looking (very hard)elsewhere to buy; so I'm not categorizing all online manufacturers of poor craftsmanship (nor the go-between merchants. Also the initial delay in delivery was because the set was not "in stock" and I received no info. regarding that status. I found out by making a phone inquiry.

I thought it was great untill I never heard from them for about two months and then they said the product I ordered was discontinued just the other day. It sure would have been nice if they would of at least kept me up to date on the progress of my order, but they didn't Until they finally emailed me I was begining to think it was some sort of scam after all over 2 months of not hearinf from them is a bit long.
