When I ordered the Puzzle Trax's, I thought they would be made out of plastic; however, they were made out of cardboard. I also didn't get a receipt invoice in the package, or information in how to return the product if needed.

I liked that they emailed me, as expected, when the item I wanted became in stock.
After my order was placed, I would have like to have better updates on the status of my order. There were no updates on the web site, and it took a week to get an email telling me the order was shipped.

quick delivery. The only disappointment was that the toy did not come with a tool box. My mom gave me two of the same toys that had come with a tool box. My school kids LOVE these toys (and so do the adults who assist in the class!)

I have purchased items from Fun....in the past and been completely satisfied. This time I waited ten days before I found out the item was out of stock I kept trying to check the shipping, but i believe it was regular mail and the info I could see was only that it had been shipped. I e-mailed after I found it would be back ordered that I wanted to cancel the item and that I wanted confirmation of the cancellation. I did not receive an answer to my e-mail, just a note that it was cancelled due to the manufacturer. I would shop again, but thought you should be aware of the problems I encountered.

This is an excellent source for really educational and usefull toys, delivered quick, will shop again and again. Their prices are lower then competition.

What a terrible company to try to do business with. I wrote e-mails every day requesting help with shipping which, after ignoring the e-mails, they finally responded that they were unwilling to release the "signature required for delivery" option.
The toy I bought (although never received) was more expensive than at other stores. I wish I had researched this shady company before making a purchase. I would recommend that buyers look elsewhere for toys |
