I was a victim of fraud with this seller. They advertised a DSLR camera as a US model, verified it was such on the phone order, then sent a gray market import instead. After delivery and when questioned about this, they first tried to say it was a US model. After I presented with solid evidence that it was indeed an import, they tried to get me to keep it anyway offering me 'their' warranty. When this didn't work, they told me that it could be returned for a full refund. Then they kept almost 25% of my money for bogus 9% insurance and 15% re-stocking fees.

Outstanding company... I was blow away by the customer service and their support. I take customer service very seriously. The agent was very polite and knowledgable concerning my inquiries. Once I finished my research and gave the agent my findings he walked me through the process and gave me several options, which I apperciated. The agent wasn't just concern about his commission but he truly wanted to sell me the right product that would fit my budget that was above standard. I finally purchased my Canon HF S21 from Fumfie.com and was glad I did. Very quick shipment. I even had a follow up question and they were very happy to help me and walk me through some of the process.(KEY)I will shop at Fumfie.com many more times. They have a customer for life.

I ordered a Nikon D300s camera that was advertised online as a USA Model. The one I received is a European Model.
Fumnfie called to confirm the order and mentioned insurance would be added. I don't remember it being on the total when I placed the order originally. It was over $200.
I ordered 2 Nikon SB600 flashes. I received one and called to inquire about the second. The customer service rep said he would check into it. A week later I had to call again since he never got back in touch with me. I received the second flash about a week after the second call. The second rep was nicer and resolved the issue.

As per my experience i won't buy again. Lens wasn?t sent in the Original Nikon Packing, it was just plain card board packing. I can easily ignore that because packing was still safe and nice. But you haven't even sent me the invoice with the serial number on it along with the product. Kindly send me the invoice along with the cleaning kit that you are going to send.
I would be thankful and can think of making a purchase again because of your prices.

I didn't expect to have to call to confirm my order, but after that everything went smoothly. I got the package a day earlier than expected, but I wasn't expecting to have to pay for shipping insurance. That was a little bit of a downer, but not a big deal. All in all, I felt that Fumfie did a great job and would shop there again if I needed anything else.

A $40.00 "shipping charge" was added after a purchase price was agreed to and my credit card information was submitted and accepted. Six hours later I canceled the order by e-mail, partly because of this and partly because they insisted they could not send the camera to my PO Box and needed a residence address. (I had to give them a friend's name and address.)The following day, by phone, they claimed the camera was already shipped. After repeated requests, they failed to send me tracking information on the package until I actually received it 6 days later. By this time, the tracking information did not show the ship date.

Camera was shipped quickly and the folks at customer service was great. It did cost more than I expected because of an heafty insurance fee but still cost less than my local retailer. When I called customer service, which I did several times, they were very friendly and helpful. I would have liked to have known about the insurance fee up front however. Overall, I think they try to make folks happy but go into it knowing that you may have an insurance fee added after your initial order is completed on the website on some products. It was explained to me that this does not apply to all items purchased but based on other reviews it seem that it always applies to cameras equipment.
