Terrible experience with Frontgate.  Sent a gift of towels to precious friends and Frontgate enclosed a gift card that said the gift was from someone else.  When we contacted them about it, they said they had enclosed a blank gift card with nothing on it.  Our friends didn't know who the people were on the gift card so, because they are smart they called the company and found that we were the givers of the gift but they waited to open it until they could contact us because they still felt unsure about it since the card said, With love from Grandpa and Judy".  (We don't know Grandpa and Judy!!)  We went to our friends home and saw the unopened box.  The box had really come late to them to begin with.  The towels were crammed into a small box that was heaving at the sides with the wrapping paper already losing its print.  It's like they want to be a quality buy but they just don't have it together and it made us look really terrible.  We would NEVER recommend this place.  The towels didn't even look that great and we were embarrased.  NEVER use them as a gift for someone else.  This is my first review I've written about anyone online because of what they did and because their response to our email to them was so indifferent.
