The restocking fees just didn't make it worthwhile. The DKNY Mesh bra I thought was a sheer mesh, not a padded mesh. At one time, she made a sheer mesh and this appeared what it was. This is a good bra, however, I have one by Calvin in almost same color. I also didn't like the idea of having to order several items that were not in stock what would be on a certain date, so I just didn't order them. The underswear came in limited colors and I can get a better selection from Hanes or Bali mail order. The restocking is just stupid and made the purchase not worth it. I am accustomed to shopping at Saks, and higher end than that at times where I don't have to think about these things so it was my fault for not checking to see if there were restocking fees and oversight. The selections come out somewhat crazy and you have to keep going back to forth to check on what you have. While my prodcuts are satisfactory, I'll never order from again. My husband's t-shirts 2x-ist since they come in aaa box and are packaged, I have no problem with. I felt as if my stuff was all seconds. Thank you and creepy.

I made three separate orders with freshpair, and was happy with all the product I received. With the last order however, I was not able to track it due to freshpair not giving me the entire tracking number, when I called and tried to explain this 3 times, I was told that the package just hadn't been picked up or scanned yet, I received the package the same day as my third phone call, so you do the math, I was obviously right and the three people I spoke with at freshpair were not and I was made to feel that I was the one who was mistaken each time I called = UNACCEPTABLE
